We are looking for a vibrant, helpful, detail oriented and personable part time administrative assistant.
This position would be approximately 15 hours a week, and somewhat flexible as to days and times you come in. As an admin assistant you would be responsible for keeping our back office organized and flowing smoothly. Duties would include helping us get to a paperless back office, onboarding new hires in our systems, running errands, data entry, filing, scanning and a variety of tasks that would help the owner and team function more efficiently.
