Administrator/Clinic Coordinator

Position: Administrative Coordinator at busy Physiotherapy Clinic located in Scarborough

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Education: Diploma in Medical/Administrative Assistant or Health Administration and/or Business Administration

ACHIEVA HEALTH is looking for a dynamic person who will work as an Administrator/ Clinic Coordinator to work collaboratively in a team environment

The company provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Kinesiology, Exercise, IMEs and Education Services. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all Administrative Duties.
• Complete all Scheduling of Patient Appointments.
• Complete all Billings and Collect all Receivables to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Organize Files and Records on the computer in an efficient/organized manner.
• Prepare Letters, Emails, and other Duties as required.
• Prepare Reporting as requested by the President.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently & in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
