ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country.

We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a female founder and

entrepreneur that is based in Austin, TX and Los Angeles, CA.

Regular Tasks for This Role:

Running Errands

Prepping for travel (packing, unpacking, sending items ahead, set up and break down of

hotel rooms, etc)

Working closely with the clients full team to ensure the smooth completion of micro and macro goals

Staying on top of clients calendar and sending pertinent reminders of events, birthdays, appointments, etc

Booking appointments

Booking travel

Assisting with gifting needs

Working closely with property manager to oversee multiple locations

Skills/Experience/Education

Previous experience working as a personal assistant is preferred but not required

You have experience traveling domestically and internationally

Self starter

Strong Critical Thinking

Adaptable in a variety of situations

Able to read a room

Knowledge of how to dress appropriately in different situations

Genuinely enjoys being of service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
