Role: Head of Care
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (with flexibility if required)
Salary: Up to £52,000.00 per annum
Additional Benefits: £3,000.00 – Car Allowance
Contract: 52 weeks, Permanent
Location: Midlands Region (Telford, Staffordshire, Stoke, Shropshire, Shrewsbury)

We’re looking for a Head of Care to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will lead the care staff team and be responsible for all aspects of the residential provision in our homes cluster. They will oversee the strategic development of the provision and have the oversight of safeguarding within the cluster. Further details can be found in the job description and person specification.
The suitable candidate will hold the Level 5 Qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care for Children and Young People
We want to hear from people with drive, a willingness to go the extra mile and who are comfortable holding other professionals to account to improve the lives of the young people in our care. Strong organisational skills, team working, and a sense of humour are also vital.
