Actalent Hiring for Architectural Construction Administration at Columbus, Ohio Full Time

Description: The Architecture Firm focuses on government & public sector projects.

• As the Project Manager/Construction Administration professional you will be the main point of contact between the architecture firm and the clients.

• You will travel sometimes up to 3 days a week to the job sites and work with contractors to insure that the building is being constructed adequately to the designs.

• For the days that you will not be at the job site you will be either working in the office insuring the scheduling for the project is up to date, utilizing Revit to make edits to construction documents or even producing construction documents, contributing towards submitting RFI’s, and providing oversight to the design team.

  This would be a full-time W2 position through Actalent Services where you work as a true Consultant supporting the architecture firm’s work. After being an Actalent consultant for 12-months, you will have the option to remain a consultant or have the opportunity to become a direct Employee to their firm. As an Actalent consultant, you would be paid an hourly wage & receive a paycheck weekly, receive benefits/insurance, and Holiday & Vacation pay.

• +5 years of experience providing Construction Administration services

• Understanding of Revit and being able to mark-up drawings

• Experience with managing projects up to $10 million or more
