We have an immediate opening Technical Analyst to work in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting and serving, as a liaison, between program management office and field units. The position exists to communicate reliability, availability, and maintainability issues of the units in support of operational readiness.
Essential Job Functions:
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all operational readiness data in support of the fleet in support to the program management office and all stakeholders.
• Facilitate outreach and communication efforts to enhance relationships between program management office and all stakeholders.
• Interfaces will all stakeholders to support organizational level operations to include, operational readiness, and updates to internal, and external stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to management and customer to clarify all Requests for Information (RFI).
• Provide liaison support to all Units located at all strategic locations and sites within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Draft contractual correspondence, including meeting minutes and all presentation materials in required.
• Act as Analysts liaison for all additional fielding purposes as required.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve data and technical issues.
• Provide data quality feedback to customer, and Management.
Required Skills:
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport
• Must be willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Ability to be issued and maintain company AMEX card required
• Must be fully capable and qualified of OCONUS Deployment to include physically and mentally fit to process through CRC (CONUS Replacement Center).
• Must currently possess or have eligibility for a SECRET security clearance.
• Must have experience and knowledge of Light Armored Vehicle (LAV)
• Ability to clearly communicate all requirements or updates throughout all customers and stakeholders.
• Must be fully capable of reading and understanding Technical Data Packages
• Intermittent travel throughout the country to support multiple sites will be required.
• Possess good interpersonal skills (both for written and oral communications); and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Able to endure extended time frames in austere environments
Desired Skills:
• Ability to understand basic Arabic, to be able to translate specific manuals for the LAV platform, and to maintain transparency with customer needs, is helpful, but not required.
• Experience working on any variation of the LAV platform and understanding of the combat vehicle layout.
• Basic understanding and experience in C5ISR networking, Troubleshooting, and Diagnostic methods, is a plus.
• Ability to understand and read one-wire diagram, electrical component diagram, mechanical layout diagram.
• Experience in using diagnostic and measurement tools such as VSWR, Milli-ohm Meter, Voltmeter.
• Experience creating or maintaining metrics or other performance reports using Microsoft office or Adobe based products.
• Product knowledge and defense industry or military experience.
• Ability to speak to customer and management in a instructional format covering program updates/highlights.
• Must have a basic understanding of Military Platform Technical Inspection Procedures
• Must possess a high-level proficiency that includes utilizing Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (all Microsoft office products)
• Must have experience with network terminal configurations, software/firmware updates (PuTTY, WireShark)
• Provide or obtain a Commercial Driver’s License – minimum Class B if not Class A
• Obtain International Drivers Permit through AAA
