Description:
Core Duties

1) Manage/administer ZenQMS document control system

a. Assist users with uploading new and revised documents for approval

b. Communicate with stakeholders about document periodic reviews

c. Track ASELL document number assignments

2) Assist the QA Director with overseeing and maintaining documentation for EH&S program

3) Assist the QA Director with planning and executing internal audits and data collection for Management Reviews

4) Manage documentation flow and assist users with deviations, SCARs, nonconformities and CAPAs

5) Assist with supplier requalification documentation

6) Assist with commercial QA consulting activities as needed (for example, formatting and re-templating of SOPs to meet client needs)

7) Draft or revise SOPs for internal QMS systems or for commercial clients

8) Draft supplier monitoring reports

9) Assist with supplier audits and/or contracted QA audits for clients

10) Recordkeeping and other assistance for other functions as required
