PART 2: Role Purpose
After full training you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of broadband and TV systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland, delivering exceptional customer service and installation services and support to the public.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities

Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you

Installing telecommunications cable and equipment as per training
3
Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion
3
Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed
4
Upskilling and attending various training courses
5
Take due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a Customer’s property
6
Report any accident, incidents or damage that may occur during work
7
Track faults quickly using devices/tools provided and run cables as and when required
8
Light civils work and ladder work required
9
Maintain a clean and presentable appearance always
10
Escalate any issues in a timely manner to Management

Education/Qualifications

• A full driver’s license is required

• Problem-Solving Skills: A good technician can identify issues and source information to resolve issues quickly.

• Capable of working on your own and as part of a team
