ActionCOACH Hiring for Administrative and Marketing Coordinator Job at Santry , Ireland Full Time

ActionCOACH Ireland is seeking a highly organized, motivated and proactive Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This role is a mix of office and home based and there is some flexibility in terms of hours being worked.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the growth of the business.
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and email newsletters.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
• Provide support for events, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials, marketing to the database and follow up calls.
• Assist in the management of the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative and marketing role.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Marketing or business related degree an advantage.
