Acute Talent Looking for Success Coach / Product Expert / Business Analyst / Product Marketing at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

• Have verity in your work and being a multifaceted individual that blends the roles of Customer Success, Business Analyst, and Product Marketing.
• Would love to help make new clients successful through your deep product expertise (super easy to use product to learn and use). Act as a guide and mentor to new and exsisting clients.
• Develop different forms of engaging product education and marketing material based on data driven insights and customer feedback.
• Join the sales team to help solve complex product/customer related questions
• Come up with ideas on how to improve the product

Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience in one or more of the following type roles: customer success / implementaiton, business analyst, product marketing / management
• Excellent native or near native english verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to present to front-line employees all the way up to senior executives.
• Love a fast-paced, dynamic role and company environment centered around the product
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Bonus skills/experience:

• Software startup or fast growing company experience
• Experience with Intercom or similar event based messaging and/or product analytic platforms like Mixpanel
• Industrial operations experience (manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical, etc) relating to safety, maintenance, or operations
• Workflow, LEAN, Six Sigma, Continous Improvement or Standard Operating Procedure experience
