A&D Supply Company Hiring for Dispatcher/Operations at Oklahoma City, OK Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Create a route plan for all customer orders.
• Oversee warehouse team and inventory. Ensure product is being staged in areas that drive efficiency gains for our crews.
• Assign jobs to drivers and delivery crew, while considering location, customer need and many other factors.
• Understand DOT guidelines.
• Responsible for fleet preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse and our customers to ensure we are executing on our world class service.
• Main Point of Contact for Drivers and Crew Members.
• Verify loads are accurate and loaded correctly prior to each run.
• Active listener, someone who is able to problem solve in all situations.
• Emphasize customer service and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
