The individual in this position is responsible for all customers’ order management activities.

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a renowned MNC in the FMCG industry
• Mon – Fri: Hybrid Work arrangements
• Salary: Up to $5000 (subjected to experience)
• Location: CBD
• 1 year contract (Renewable/ convertible subjected to performance)

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s Supply & Logistic operation processes including inbound and manage DB outbound deliveries, distribution of stocks to customers, return stocks management, distributor/3PL management and inventory and warehousing management.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers
• Responsible to coordinate with forwarder for shipment clearance at port and dislodgement of containers at distributor warehouse. Responsible to split deliveries thereafter to respective distributors as required.
• Work with Logistics / Operations Team for shipping and distribution of parts to fulfil customers’ orders
• Ensure timely invoicing to customers in compliance to payment terms
• Assist in audit (filing retrieval etc.)
• Backlog management

Requirement

• Supply Chain and Logistics related Degree qualifications.
• Understanding of MS Office software and SAP knowledge.
• 2 years inventory and logistics site support experience.
• Team player with sense of urgency.
• Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and well-organized.
