- Read, understand and discuss all operations memos
- Disseminate memos to bite-size information to all team members in daily briefings
Deployment
- Plan & ensure that daily deployment is efficient & effective
- Identify potential team members to undergo grooming & training as part of career progression
Administrative
- Update SOP, Competency Checklist, Job Breakdown Sheet
- Prepare and print visitor list, Signage whenever necessary
Operations & Facilities Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations without any incident
- Assist when there is an artwork incident or accident when necessary
- Support when there are Customer escalations or feedback when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work weekends
- Working hours will be 9.30am to 7.30pm
- Uniform will be provided
- Prior experience in customer service or museum industry will be advantageous
- Multi-lingual will be advantageous
- Familiar with technology
- Ability to cope & implement changes
