• We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Adecco is partnering with a leading Korean MNC.

The Talent

• 2 years or more experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge on recruiting and sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong communication skills.

The Job

• Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Proactively source and screen candidates using recruitment channels, databases, social media and any other platforms.
• Conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms / listings.
• Design and brainstorm new creative recruitment strategies as and when necessary to drive the recruitment numbers.
• Participate in various recruitment drives / job fairs as and when required.
• Any other duties as assigned.
