Our well-known client is on the hunt for an administrator to support a busy workshop manager. This role will start as temporary role with a high chance of gaining permanent employment. This role is a Monday-Friday, full time role.

In this role, your key tasks will be:

• Coordinating and managing all incoming job requests
• Producing job sheets on workshop m5 software
• Ringing external suppliers to place part orders
• Booking in services for the internal workshop and external jobs
• Processing, receipting and checking of PO’s
• Communicating with internal staff and taking requests for parts

About you:

• Excellent communication with both internal and external parties
• Experience with Microsoft office suite and computer software
• A natural people person with the ability to build robust relationships quickly
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Process orientated with effect time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge Is desirable but not essential
