The Job

• Build and agree with hiring manager an end to end recruiting plan that includes:
• Understand position requirements and hiring managers’ broader team/business, timeline and view of talent market, talent availability and deliver a successful recruiting experience
• Work hand in hand with the Talent Partner lead in managing Campus Recruitment programmes such as various Talent Academies and the Company’s Student Rotation Programmes, recruitment drives etc.
• Effective stakeholder management through proactive communication and execution on strategy
• Sourcing Tech and Non-Tech talent through a variety of methods including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, Internet searches, database searches and talent mapping
• Posting job advertisements, screening resumes and conducting phone and/or video conference interviews
• Making recommendations to hiring managers on candidate shortlist
• Ensuring all candidates are entered and moved through the process in the ATS
• Initiating interview scheduling using ATS which engages the Recruiting Operations team to schedule interviews
• Communicating recruiting status to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Leaders
• Ensuring the candidate and customer experience is positive and seamless,
• Engaging other specialist HR teams engaged in position creation, interview scheduling, offer generation and onboarding in a timely manner
• Create new recruiting strategies and educate on market conditions
• Measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts

The Talent

• Preferably minimally 2-3 years experience in recruitment/campus recruitment/HR
• Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teams
• Have solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavioural based interviewing and closing.
• Knowledge of the technology, consulting or sales talent market and the tech industry is a good advantage
• Effective communication approaches and Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Awareness and flair for employer branding campaigns, initiatives etc desirable
• Exposure to Campus Hiring will be an added advantage
