The Job

• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies and develop relationships with top talents
• Help arrive at decisions within the hiring committee and bring your valuable observations to the table
• Utilise data and your recruiter instincts to identify inefficiencies and innovate
• Accountable for fostering a positive and memorable candidate experience for our candidates
• Partner closely with the TA Leads and senior business stakeholders to manage end to end recruitment process
• Responsible for the full-cycle of recruiting at digital bank (from candidate management to onboarding) and ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the HR operation

The Talent

• An experienced recruiter, with at least 7-8 years of experience in in-house recruiting
• You can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure prompt response and action to tasks
• You are a self-starter and strong individual contributor while being able to function effectively in a team environment
• You are passionate about helping people develop their careers and helping digital bank hire future leaders
• You can communicate and articulate yourself effectively and clearly
