The Talent

• At least 2-4+ or more years of Corporate Functions recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably someone who is immediately available
• Adaptable and ability to strive in a fast-paced tech environment

The Job:

• Oversee full-cycle Corporate Functions recruiting at the company
• Effectively adopt our ATS to streamline the hiring process
• Source, engage, and nurture relationships with top talent
• Drive decisions within hiring committee and offer valuable insights
• Design and own a positive and empowering candidate experience
