Mandatory Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Assistant experience

• Comfortable working in a remote, paperless environment using various cloud based applications

• Experience in Microsoft Office, G Suite, strong calendar management and scheduling skills

• Experience with different CRM Systems (Pipedrive, Zendesk, Hubspot etc.) and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack etc.) an asset

• Must have excellent communication and follow up skills

• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the administration team

• Must be disciplined to get-er-done and meet deadlines

• Have a proactive attitude

• Be highly organized and have strong attention to detail
