Admiral Packaging, Inc. is a manufacturer of flexible packaging products in Providence, RI. We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with outstanding communication skills and an eagerness to make an impact. Knowledge of manufacturing a plus.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include:

• Ensures customer satisfaction through good customer relations.

• Keep customers informed of lead times, changes, adjustments, inventory levels and new products.

• Communicate effectively with all departments including sales, graphics, production and shipping to ensure on time delivery.

Candidates MUST possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma required/some college preferred

• Minimum FIVE years of customer management experience in a manufacturing environment

• Superb communication skills essential

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
