The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Adobe Experience Cloud and Platform.
What You’ll Do
- Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination
- General travel arrangements, domestic & international
- Filter and manage requests for internal & external commitments
- In collaboration with Chief of Staff, coordinate special projects including: Offsites, team building activities, and all-staff meetings
- Identify opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes (eg, budget coordination; hiring)
- Submit and maintain expense reports
- Attend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actions
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
What You Need to Succeed
- BA/BS degree or 4-6 years of executive administrative experience; experience supporting an Enterprise Sales organization a plus
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment
- Exceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little direction
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-through
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
- Confidence and strong decision-making skills
- Proven mastery of Slack, Google Workspace, and various Microsoft applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- Eagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a team
- Ability to travel occasionally to provide support at events/conferences
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $79,500 – $103,200
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
