We are a growing optometry practice with two locations in the Cranberry Township area, looking for driven customer service professionals who can provide exceptional care to our valued patients. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Use of computerized records system
- Check-in and check-out of patients
- Determining patients’ needs and scheduling appointments/providing solutions accordingly
- Insurance verification and/or filing
- Inventory management
- Selling and dispensing contact lenses/glasses
- Pre-testing patients
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, to solve problems, and to use sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to work one evening per week, 2 Saturdays per month
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud-based patient management systems (i.e., Revolution EHR)
- College degree and/or related work experience
- Retail sales experience
