We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Clerical Associate who:
Performs basic administrative duties under general supervision. Performs daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying and posting. Performs information gathering, verification and charging.
Essential Functions:
- Answers and screens phone calls. Assists guests and directs them appropriately. Receives and schedules visitors.
- Types letters, memos, standard forms and reports. Opens and distributes departmental mail. Sets up and manages filing and record systems.
- Makes and confirms appointments as directed. Inputs data to various systems or documents.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You’ll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
