Advocate My Meds is a patient advocacy group located in Boynton Beach, FL. We assist those who cannot afford their prescription medication. At Advocate My Meds, we have a fun and employee-friendly culture where everyone wants to help one another succeed!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the clerical data entry/processing team, you will be a key part of the patient approval process. Tasks include but are not limited to:
– Uploading Mail, Faxes and Emails to Patient Accounts
– Updating Account Statuses
– Following Up on Received Documents
– Filing Paperwork
– Sending Faxes, Mail and Emails to Patients and Doctors
– Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of services offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
As this is an entry level position, no prior experience is required. However, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive mindset, and possess the following skills and traits:
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize
– Ethics to professionally handle confidential patient information
– Computer proficiency, with the ability to utilize multiple screens and programs
– Detail Oriented
– Thrives in fast paced environment
– Punctual and Reliable
