Job Description

Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications

Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them

Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects, and clients

Checking that building regulations, health and safety, legal and ecological requirements

Liaising with the design team to provide guidance on site

Qualifications

Degree in the construction industry

Excellent customer service skills

Experience delivering results on health and safety assessments

Experience analyzing quality and performance
