Aerotek Hiring for $16.50/HR +OT &2x – Assembly Operator – 2nd Shift Start Next Week at Hazel Park, MI Full Time

Pay-$16.50+ OT and 2X

Description:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assembly battery packs
• Monitor automated assembly/production equipment
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment, work area and facility based on 5s standards.
• General support within the production processes.
• Utilize hands tools with/without power or special assembly tools
• Be able to control output of various machines in order to produce quality parts that are within required specifications.
• Meet or exceed production quantity goals set forth each day.
• Work within a team based manufacturing environment.

2nd shift – 3pm – 11pm

All candidates will train on 1st shift for a week (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Occasional Saturday work (full shift) and Sunday’s when Production is behind.

1). Proven attendance record

2). Ability to lift, bend, squat, twist 35 lbs

3). Ability to stand for the duration of their shift

1). Prior manufacturing/production experience
