Aerotek Hiring for Assembler I at Minneapolis Full Time

Description:

This company manufactures medical devices and sensor solutions. Candidates will be expected to assemble medical devices in the clean room and utilize a microscope up to 75% of the day, some lines are less but the could be moved lines to help were needed. Candidates will be performing small part assembly daily.

Employee Benefits:

Retention Bonus –

30 calendar days – $250

60 calendar days – $250

120 calendar days – $500

If hired on before 120 day mark, that $500 will be given as a sign on bonus.

Referral Bonus of $250 per referral that works 30 calendar days (paid out by TE)

Shift Timings:

1st shift – 6AM-2:30PM or 6:30AM-3PM

2nd Shift – 3:30PM-12AM

3rd shift summer hours (NOW UNTIL SEPTEMBER):

Sunday: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am

Monday: 8:00 pm to 6:30 am

Tuesday: 8:00 pm to 6:30 am

Wednesday: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am

Regular 3rd shift hours (WILL GO BACK INTO EFFECT IN SEPTEMBER): 10:30pm – 7:00am Sunday – Thursday

Weekend Hours – 6AM-6:30PM

Operator 1:

1st shift – $18.00 (OT 2 hours BEFORE Shift)

2nd Shift – $19.80 (OT 2 hours AFTER Shift)

3rd shift – $20.70 (OT could be before or after)

Weekend Shift – $20.70

Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for 2-4 weeks.

COULD HAVE OVERTIME REQUIRED DAILY can be 50-55 hours a week.
