Description:

Operating 3,4, 5 axis machines, mills, drills bores and ream parts from extrusions, bar stock, plates, assemblies or composites according to customer specifications. Adjust programs when necessary. Use dimensional measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).

Skills:

mills, lathes, blueprints, Mazak, Makino, 5 Axis, Fanuc Controls, DMG

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to do their own set-ups with minimal assistance.

1 year machining experience

ability to use precision measuring tools

Familiar with GD&T

Able to read blueprints

Familiar with G&M codes
