YOUR LIFE AS A WORK FROM HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you answer incoming calls from our customers and help them get the auto glass repairs and replacements they need. You also give quotes and take orders as needed. By doing this, you help our owner focus on the other tasks he manages and needs to maintain. Your friendly demeanor and optimistic attitude shine through all your client interactions as you give them the best experience possible. You are part of the reason our customers come back to us in the future. Helping others and using your skills gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3+ years of experience with auto glass customer service
• Great phone etiquette
• Reliable internet
