We are seeking a construction admin to oversee all office work. The ideal can must have an understanding of Construction, RFI’s, Submittal and Blue Print Drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mount Vernon, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction Office: 3 years (Required)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)
- Submittals: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction Knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
