With strong growth comes opportunity so we are now looking to add a sales analyst with a “can do” attitude to join our high performing head office team.

Our diverse and growing portfolio of brands cover multiple categories in store including Pain Relief, Allergy, Eyecare, Vitamins, Cold and Flu, Dermatology, Digestive and First Aid – our key OTC brands being Lipo-Sachets, Maxigesic, Crystaderm, Maxiclear, Histaclear, Loraclear, Hylo, and NovaTears.

About the role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. The position will be full time role based at our office in Takapuna NZ. This person will provide the administrative support to the Key Account Managers in Australia and New Zealand. The position will report to the General Manager Promoted Products ANZ.

Previous administrative experience is required and preferably you have worked within the FMCG or Pharmacy channels. The successful candidate must be proactive, efficient, have an eye for detail, have the ability to learn quickly and work on multiple tasks at a time.

You will assist in Key Account administration duties including:

• Communication and follow up of new product listing with key wholesalers.
• Monitoring and review Wholesalers inventory levels to ensure that they are holding adequate quantity based on our demand forecast.
• Preparing IRI reports and highlighting actionable insights for the field team to drive sales
• Tracking and reporting on field team KPIs through our CRM tool
• Assisting KAMs with scan data insights for category reviews and NPD launches
• Loading and maintenance of promotional discounts and contract prices with our wholesale partners.
• Check and verify customer claims to ensure that they are 100% accurate.
• Provide post analysis of previous promotions to highlight if they were successful and measure ROI.

The successful candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a administration role
• A New Zealand Resident or Permanent Resident
• The ability to travel to Australia
• Advanced skills in Excel is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management
• Good computer skills with a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
• To be a self-starter who can work autonomously when required
• Enjoy working and contributing to a small team environment
• Maintain a positive attitude in the face of demanding work flows
