Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the clothing industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our client, a leading global clothing retailer is looking to fill an administrative support role in their Mississauga facility (Courtneypark area). This is a 5-6 month assignment with a potential extension to a long term contract. Flexible start time either 8am or 9am with a guarantee of a 40-hour work week.
A typical day:
- Manage daily workflow to ensure deadlines are timely met
- Coordinate claims, refunds, forms for completions or due for processing
- Work with US counterparts and other stakeholders in tracking, supporting, and following up outstanding documents
Additional competences:
- High degree of professionalism
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative to ensure deadlines are met
Successful candidates will have:
- Proficiency in data entry/keyboarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Tracking Systems
- Basic bookkeeping and retail knowledge preferred

- Pay: $20.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay paid weekly
