We are looking for a motivated person to join our staff, the candidate should have experience with the following:

• Answer incoming calls
• Strong oral and communication skills
• Team Player
• Able to work independently
• Experience in clerical and accounting work: A/P, A/R, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Excellence customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to work independently as well with management, stays neat and organized.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• Good work ethic
• Bilingual: Spanish

The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Business casual, punctuality and reliability required. A background in or working knowledge of Landscaping is helpful but not required.

Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Processing payments
• Billing
• Payroll
• Purchasing
