WE ARE LOOKING FOR …..
Candidate for Vitality Marketing Comms and Member Experience is responsible of leading member experience for AIA Vitality, an award-winning health and wellness programme to support AIA customers to lead Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. He/She should have extensive marketing experience, preferably in the area of driving member acquisition and retention for membership programmes. He/she should also be able to work and interact well cross-functionally across departments and with external partners/vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Lead the member experience for AIA Vitality, both corporate and retail members, from end to end which includes the development of member onboarding journey and collaterals, continuous reviewing and enhancement of in-app experience to drive app usage, tracking member engagement rates and launching targeted member campaigns to uplift engagement, thereby boosting member acquisition, member engagement and member retention.
Map member communication journey for the various member groups under AIA Vitality, develop and oversee all member communication materials.
Have a keen interest in understanding member behaviour, pain points and keep abreast of the market trends to uncover new engagement opportunities.
Manage and maintain the full suite of AIA Vitality marketing materials, including but not limited to print, online and video resources, to ensure timely updates and relevance, for all distribution channels.
Support AIA Vitality marketing campaigns and events, including publicity, logistics planning, budget management, communications, lead-gen opportunities and post-event report and analysis.
Support the annual AIA Vitality refresh by working with external creative/media/social agencies to develop a well-rounded marketing and member engagement plan.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications with at least five years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with digital/print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing preferred
Experience with managing membership/loyalty programme will have an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (experience with APSIS will be a plus)
