About the role
This is a pivotal time to join us at AIG. We are reimagining how we help business customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. This role as a Sr. Business Analyst for Fieldglass will provide an opportunity to influence the future direction of our strategy for sourcing and contracting globally for third party goods and services across AIG.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs for Fieldglass modules and solutions.
Analyzes business partner’s operations to identify opportunities to automate processes and functions.
Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Fieldglass Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives.
This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership. Qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients.
Supporting day to day business needs for Fieldglass CRM, SOW and Non-employee management (NEM) users.
Support Fieldglass CRM, SOW and NEM Implementations which requires writing business requirements, performing tool demonstrations, Project Management, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation.
Manage programs with various Cross-Functional teams to drive transformation efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of Fieldglass experience or other Vendor Management System (VMS) experience.
8+ years Business Analysis experience strongly preferred.
At least 1+ years of Project Management experience; PMP preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field preferred.
Must be able to speak to the technology around the Fieldglass tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results.
High level of proficiency using Procurement concepts.
Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives.
Excellent experience with MS Office products.
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work with Global Cross-Functional teams and operate in a Flexible work schedule.
Successful track record of leading / participating in implementation of Fieldglass rollouts (Minimum 1 full life cycle).

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $90,000.00 – $120,000.00, and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
