AIR Communities Hiring for Accounts Receivable Cash Accountant at Denver, CO Full Time

This is an in-office role with a requirement to be based in the greater Denver area, Colorado.

• Performs, monitors, and/or manages the day-to-day accounting and month end close functions
• Cash receipts, deposits and AR, AP, & GL reconciliations
• Records financial transactions
• Prepares, and reviews financial reports
• Prepares reconciliations, roll-forwards, and financial analysis
• Complies with internal controls
• Provides financial reporting and analysis to internal and external business partners
• Participates in special projects Identifies opportunities for process improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0-3 years of experience (open to new graduates)
• Attention to detail and deadline oriented
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail

• Expected pay rate of $52,000 – $75,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
