A bit more about what you’ll do…

• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• With minimal guidance, complete resident requested repairs and service (ie, troubleshoots HVAC equipment, installs/repairs complex plumbing, troubleshoots/replaces electrical components, installs/repairs/replaces household appliances, etc.)
• Provide functional/technical direction and training to lower level Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills
• May assist with managing vendor quality

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in all trades OR expert level in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)

As an AIR Service Technician you must have:

• A reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
