We are currently seeking a full-time front desk/treatment plan specialist for a well established Private practice. 2 yrs experience needed. M-F Full time position Software, insurance, and appointment management system knowledge needed . A friendly person that works well with others. Spanish speaking a plus. Your primary role:

• Present dental treatment to patients – must be comfortable with presenting high financial numbers and payment options
• Manage the efficiency of the Hygiene and Dr schedule while scheduling to align with office financial goals
• Communicate effectively with both verbal and written skill
• Patient management and relationship builder
• Participate in diverse practice projects while being efficient and accountable to deadlines

Requirements:

• 2 years dental experience
• Dental front office experience is needed
• Verifiable treatment acceptance (75%) is preferable
