Aledo Music Academy Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Aledo, TX Full Time

Aledo Music Academy is one of the largest music schools in the county. We are a tight-knit staff with a common love of Music, Kids, and Education. We’re looking for a key team member to join us as a Front Office Receptionist based in our Aledo Office and make a huge difference in the lives of hundreds of community members.

We are looking for energetic, sharp applicants who is with today’s technology resources including Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc.) and can quickly learn new software tools specific to our business. We provide extensive, paid training.

Excellent communication skills over the phone and a personality that makes our clients feel welcomed is an essential part of this role which involves sales and customer service along with other administrative responsibilities.

Business hours are noon-7pm. Candidate MUST be available to work M-F at these times and every other Saturday 10am – 3pm

Job duties:

• Answering phones with World Class Customer service!
• Enrolling clients
• Managing back-office systems including billing and payroll
• Light cleaning
• Maintaining the front desk during business hours

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of previous work experience
• Technology proficiency

Addition skills that are helpful

• People person
• Great memory
• Ability to multi task and keep up with lots of details
• Great sales skills

COVID-19 considerations:

We have extra cleaning protocols in place to ensure a clean environment, masks are required here currently as well, and our studio is professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
