As Procurement Analyst you’ll play a pivotal role in the Procurement and Supply Chain operations. Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Planning Manager and the Procurement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee procurement processes.

Your expertise will contribute to optimising supply chain operations, enhancing vendor relationships, and driving efficiency in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, performance, and develop new supply chain avenues.
• Optimise supply from both financial and operational standpoints.
• Oversee system processes related to commodities procurement and drive continuous improvement.
• Determine optimal stock levels, integrating them into the MRP system to align with financial risk criteria.
• Provide demand forecasts and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
• Support training and optimisation of the ERP system for procurement functions.

Key Competencies:

• 3+ years’ experience in Procurement analysis with exposure to supply chain processes.
• FMCG / Food or industry experience in global commodity trading would be ideal but not mandatory
• Must have a strong attention to detail and analytical mind with experience working with complex supply chain and financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships externally and internally.
• Adaptability to change with a results-oriented approach.
