Customer Service Representatives (CSR) focus on providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to the members of our health plan partners. A CSRs’ objective is to schedule transportation to and from medical appointments for members of our health plan partners.
MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 7A-8P EASTERN (8 HOUR SCHEDULES WILL VARY WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME)
