Alliance Door Products Hiring for Residential Data Entry Job at Spokane, WA Full Time

ROLE: This role accurately and timely enters customer orders into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is vital in ensuring that our customer specifications are met and processed in a timely manner.

HOURS: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position (40 hours/week).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and review detailed customer orders prior to entry into the system to ensure there are no missing specifications or pricings.
• Return orders to customer service when specifications are missing, wrong or are in conflict.
• Enter reviewed orders into our ERP system, with a specific focus on accuracy.
• Able to enter orders for stocked and pre-hung standard SKUed items.
• Review the order for accuracy prior to completing the order and generating the manufactured order (MO) for production.
• Receive and manage change orders within the system.

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least five (5) years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with the millwork industry or the building industry (Preferred, not required).
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Related college degree (Preferred, not required)
