Ambassador is hiring for a customer service/office assistant.
Job responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this job are customer service and handling work orders for tenants, either in person or over the phone. Other office-related tasks will be required as needed by management.
Job Description: Customer service, answering and directing calls, receiving payments, key check outs, and assisting other staff members when needed.
Requirements/Skills:
A few of the qualities that we are looking for would include excellent organization skills, phone and customer service, and computer skills. The employee must be courteous on the phone as well as someone who can listen to the needs of the tenant and not be easily offended by a negative response.
Will be required to submit a criminal background check and a drug test.
The position is in Valdosta.
Hours: Monday & Wednesday 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am to 2:00pm (25-40 hours a week)
