Allied Cooperative Hiring for Receptionist at Adams, WI Full Time

Primary Objectives of Position:

• Maintain office efficiency in a professional orientated manner
• Help achieve the cooperative’s missions and goals
• Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Handling all communications involving customers, inquiries, and orders
• Greet customers with friendly and courteous manner
• Be knowledgeable about the functions of all departments to properly route calls
• Record sales invoices and payments to inventory records as needed
• Handle correspondence, filing, and miscellaneous clerical work as assigned
• Maintain office equipment and keep work area neat and clean
• Balance cash drawer daily
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and have good finger dexterity
• Maintain a positive attitude and have good verbal and written communication skills
