We have an immediate need for an experienced Medical Assistant to work in our well known Orthopedic Medical Group located in Pomona, CA. This is a full time position M-F 8am-5pm, weekly pay and full benefits will also be offered within the first 30 days of employment. APPLY TODAY!!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients upon their arrival
- Escorting patients to exam rooms
- Ensuring all exam rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and full stocked
- Documenting patients chief complaint, updated medication list, and pharmacy location
- Assisting with setting up procedure trays / assisting the physician during procedures when needed
- Assisting with wound care, and suture removals
- Explaining to patients the physicians next steps in their treatment process
