Allstate Hiring for Property Adjuster – Inside Condo at Remote Full Time

Sign-on bonus of $1,000 if you have an active adjuster license in the State of FL or TX A day in the life of a Virtual Specialty Property Adjuster:
Settle moderately complex and occasionally complex property damage on countrywide condominium claims
Investigate and research moderately complex or complex coverage questions and situations
Determine most appropriate method of settlement based on customer needs and organization efficiencies
Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
Conduct a detailed review of the property and write an estimate in Xactimate to capture the extent of the damages
Use high resolution photographs provided by virtual imagery and advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a damage estimate from a virtual setting
Review the policy and decide how coverage applies and provide the customer with a detailed explanation of both the estimate and the policy
Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies
Flexibility to work in a variety of environments – independently, within a team, face-to-face, and virtually You’re provided with comprehensive training:

High School Diploma/GED or higher
2+ years of property adjusting experience and/or experience writing estimates in Xactimate
Previous customer service experience
Interpreting and understanding legal documents
Value providing an effortless customer service experience
Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Are known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus
This position is not available for California, Alaska, and Hawaii residents
Compensation offered for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
