Alpha Recruitment Looking for Recruitment Administrator – Whangarei at Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand Full Time
An opportunity has come through for an experienced administrator potentially with recruitment exposure and who is keen to get into recruitment to join a small but busy team located in Whangarei. You would be involved in high volume recruitment administration and onboarding within the health sector. This role is full time hours starting early January for 3 months, possibly longer.
Duties Include
- Phone screening and interviewing
- Reference checking
- Onboarding new staff
- Processing MOJ checks and other required documentation
- Excel spread-sheeting
- Rostering
- Data Entry updating candidate files and auditing to ensure all correct documentation is obtained
- Other administrative duties as required
To Be Considered You Will Ideally
- Have exposure to recruitment or have an interest in recruitment
- Have advanced MS office and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Be self-motivated and have the confidence to speak to a wide variety of people
- Be professional with excellent communication skills
- Have the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as required
