This is not your usual PA role, you will provide professional support to three Executive Directors, and administration support to their immediate direct reports and the broader head office, as required. You will be part of a team of two Executive Assistants and will need to be very detail-focused, a quick learner, and someone who can hit the ground running. You will need to be confident in yourself and be able to manage working with three different personalities of Executive Directors.
It will be an ever-changing environment and fast-paced, so you will need to be comfortable working in flexible situations and if you understand/have experience in the project space would be a plus!
You will be based in the office which is in central Auckland City.
