Responsibilities

• Answering and directing calls in a high paced environment
• Telephone customer contact and timely responses
• Provide a high level of communication with customers and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Attitude, Skills and Experience:

• Pleasant telephone manner
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail
• Professional presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment answering calls
• Ability to record accurate notes in internal and external systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
