Altum Solutions Hiring for Azure DevOps Coach at Remote Full Time

Role: DevSecOps Agile Coach

• Designs and configures Program artifacts in ADO (Kanban, dashboards, reporting, Team boards)

• Defines data standards in ADO

• Leads ADO tool discovery and proof of concepting

• Defines integration points with external data sources and automation best practices

• Establishes ADO templates

• Creates and assigns Iteration Paths to DevSecOps Teams within Program

• Creates and Retires ADO Teams

• Adds new team members to ADO Teams

• Clears and approves pipeline modifications

• Establishes permission group assignments and maintenance

• Performs miscellaneous unplanned administrative tasks

• Provides Ad-hoc resolution of team-blocking issues

• Coaches the Program Support Team and program on ADO best practices

• Facilitates Team coaching, upskilling, and knowledge sharing
• Onboards new DevSecOps Teams to ADO

• Creates standard operating procedures for ADO best practices

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience facilitating and coaching
• Experience creating procedure documents and help aides

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour
